Driving Directions

Once in Phnom Penh you will head north towards the Japanese Bridge ('Chroy Changvar'). Once you have crossed the bridge, follow the road as it veers to the left for approximately 2 km. At the Tela gas station on the right side of the road, next to the big bakery, make a right turn into the Kien Khleang compound. CSC is the first building on the left after you pass a few food stalls and small shops. The office is located on the top floor.
